Alice in Wonderland Syndrome

Alice In Wonderland Syndrome, also known as Todd's Syndrome or dysmetropsia, is a neurological condition that affects perception. Common AIWS symptoms are altered visual perception of sizes and lengths, altered perception of one's own body image, hearing distortion, time distortion, and a sense of impending doom. AIWS is commonly associated with migraines.
