This is a support subreddit for people dealing with *actual* brown recluse bites. Place to share photos, get advice, etc. Please note that a response (even from moderators) does not constitute any sort of doctor-patient relationship. This subreddit is for informal second opinions and casual information. Always visit a doctor in real life if you have any concerns about your health. Never use this subreddit as your first and final source of information regarding your situation.
There are two extremes on either side of recluse bites: people who have MRSA/staph and swear it's a recluse bite and spider-lovers who are hugely skeptical of actual recluse bites. Neither will be tolerated. Staph or MRSA photos will be removed and pro-spider trolls will be banned.
