This is a loosely moderated 18+ group for those with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder who are firmly "post" the primary trauma that caused the disorder. However, all personal stages of healing and realization are welcome! Self diagnosis welcome, but all participants should already be sure of diagnosis.
