A place for men to TALK about the effects that CPTSD (complex post traumatic stress disorder) has had on their lives. A place for men to SUPPORT each other with the difficulties they are having because of their trauma, both because of its ongoing nature and the frequently painful process of recovery and healing. A place for men to SHARE resources and experiences that have helped them on their journey out of trauma. A place for men to FEEL valued, cared for, listened to and respected.
