This is a community for those who identify as transrace, defined as identifying as a race that differs from their ancestry. We allow other definitions of the word "transracial" too. Any and everyone identifying as transracial, transrace, transethnic, or any other word with similar and different definitions are allowed here. Transracial Adoptees are welcome but might be better served by /r/TransracialAdoptees
Transracial does not yet have a concrete definition, but we would like this to be a safe space for adoptees of color and mixed race individuals struggling with their identity.
